This retreat is happening during the traditional Mexican celebration of “The Day of the Dead”, where we honor our ancestors and those who have gone before us. This is a time of celebration with great food, drink, and festivity that you will talk about for years!
Day Trip to Tulum

The Shamanic Experience!
I’ve put together an incredible Shamanic package to help us release our old self images, call on our guides and ancestors for help, and claim our new identities and directions in life.
Arrival Day:
Meet and greet and explanation of the Shamanic program for the week.
The Spirit Calling:
In this beach ceremony we call on the elements of air, earth, fire, and water. We then ask for the assistance of earth mother, sky father, spirit guides and ancestors. Animal totems and ascended masters to be with us through this retreat and to protect and guide us through this journey.
Day Two:
Morning yoga and guided meditation/gong bath
The Releasing Ceremony:
We will energetically cut ties with what no longer serves us and our old image of our selves. We will then bury those old energies in the sand so the tide can reclaim them and wash them away. I will be drumming and guiding us.
Day Three:
Yoga and guided meditation.
The Day of the Dead:
We will gather together to honor those who have gone on before us. We will ask them to give us their guidance and to clear the path for our personal growth and development. This is a celebration of the people who have inspired us and a moment to draw on their qualities to help us in our personal quests.
Day Four:
Yoga and guided meditation.
The Gathering Ceremony:
Here we join on the beach again to now call back to ourselves everything we have lost or has been taken by other people or situations and we claim our new identity in wholeness and empowerment. I will do an individual blessing on everybody in the circle.
Last Day:
Gratitude ceremony:
For each other’s sharing, the location for its beauty, the spirits for their help.
