Cancellation Policy

Shane is committed to providing all of his clients with exceptional care and insight. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please let us know 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification is not given, you may be billed the cost of your scheduled session.
